Upon arrival, I faced rude treatment from the staff. They denied my reservation without any explanation, leaving me stranded. The lack of professionalism and care turned a simple stay into a nightmare.

We recently enjoyed our stay in a comfy Queen Room with two queen beds, and the cleanliness was top-notch, making us feel right at home. The outdoor pool was perfect for cooling off, while we also loved relaxing in the well-kept common areas. Only downside was that the ac could be a bit louder than expected, but overall, we really had a great time!
